Katie is our Planning Lead and Business Director. Katie is an experienced business leader and has worked in all sectors. Katie decided to join the Rubicon family business in 2019 and has managed projects ranging from the conversion of pig stys – to remedial work to a block of flats – holiday lets to pubs.

Katie is an Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner. She is also trained in Party Wall matters.

Katie is also the Co-Founder of the Association For Women in Construction UK, which she began with Shelley in 2024.
