Shelley has over 35 years’ experience in administration and in the last 18 years worked at Ashford Borough Council in Planning & Development and moving into Building Control in 2009.  She was appointed the Building Control Office Manager from 2014 – 2021.

Shelley joined the team at Rubicon October 2021 as Business Support Manager.

Shelley is also the Co-Founder of the Association For Women in Construction UK, which she began with Katie in 2024.
